Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends.
- Assess current hiring practices and recommend improvements.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement and Experience:-
- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company culture.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
- Build relationships with potential candidates to foster positive employer brand perception.
Hiring Manager Partnership:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
- Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate on developing interview questions and assessment tools.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) to measure success.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of talent acquisition efforts.
Required Skills:
- MBA with 8 +yrs of Experience Retail + ecommerce exposure
- Individual Contributor role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance regulations
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
