Lead Product Manager - Payments (7-11 yrs)

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define and execute the vision for the payments infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for systems like the payments router, FX engine, and integrations with financial partners.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering collaboration and ownership.

- Set clear goals and priorities while promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.

Payments Infrastructure Development:

- Oversee the design and optimization of payment flows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust, secure, and compliant solutions.

Partnerships & Integrations:

- Manage and expand integrations with banks, financial institutions, and payment partners.

- Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners for payments-related initiatives.

- Provide insights and updates to leadership on key projects and product performance metrics.
