Leadership Role - Asset Management/Operations & Maintenance - Renewable Energy Industry (15-22 yrs)

Role : Asset Management O&M

Location : Gurgaon

Industry : Renewable energy

Experience : 15+ years

- Responsible for conducting & reporting of technical due diligence of Wind and solar assets for M&A activities.

- Pan India profile.

- Responsible for operations and maintenance of entire portfolio of assets.

- Responsible for all O&M activities - including but not limited to spares management, supply chain, planned and unplanned outage management, contracting/subcontracting for all site activities, and overall asset performance (uptime/availability, energy yield, etc.) .

- Budgetary Control and Resource Optimization.

- Work closely with regulatory teams in relationship building with stakeholders and continuous engagement with local bodies / Authorities.

- Technological Innovation.

- Revenue collection from Govt authorities.

- Close control for proper Invoicing and payment collection.

- All compliances related to site operations including (but not limited to):

- Factories Act, Registration under Contract Labor Regulatory Act (CLRA) (Both Type - Principal Employer & contractor License)

- Contractor employee's salary verification for sites (Solar & Wind) inclusive of Statutory Dues -PF (Provident Fund), ESC (Employee State Insurance) Deposit, Timely salary payment of contractor employee.
