Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth administrative operations, and uphold the company's standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Reception Management:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Address visitor inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

2.Communication:

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of messages and calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and update records, logs, and documents as needed.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
