Event Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Venue hunt and maintaining data for the meet.
• Recce of the venue (virtually or physically)
• To be physically present at the hotel as and when required.
• Brainstorming for a successful event.
• Adhere to budgets and accordingly prepare a check list.
• The event folder should be prepared with complete details after each event.
• Coordination with BUS/Coaches for group travel/ Coordinating with CAB Bookings for any event.
• To be available as SPOC of the event
• Collaborate with LRM Team for hotel or vendor contract.
• Ensure adherence to contract and billing instructions.
• Assist in visa invitation forms as and when required.
• RCC vendor creation.
• Support partner desk as and when required.
• Handling events across India.
• Assist in FIT bookings also.
• Finding vendors and keep data for DJ, and AV companies as well.
• Supporting internal events as and when needed.
• Follow up with the hotel's invoice and process it with FAP team.
• Preparing event closer email with all the data and BTC for the event.
