Job Description
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategies for the adoption and integration of Microsoft technologies to meet organizational objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization leverages cutting-edge solutions.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Microsoft professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee resource allocation, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Project Oversight:
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects involving Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Office 365, and SharePoint, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Implement best practices in project management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Fabric, Office 365, and SharePoint.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
