Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide remote technical and functional support to a global customer base, acting as an advocate for customer satisfaction and connecting with internal experts to find first-rate solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Manage a queue of tickets (incidents, problems, requests, changes) and provide resolutions within internally defined SLAs, focusing on long-term solutions.
- System Maintenance: Conduct quarterly release testing, including responsibility for a set of test scripts and providing analysis on new functionality being released, recommending to clients if it should be implemented or not.
- User Training: Provide training for key and end-users, contributing to the creation and maintenance of end-user and internal IT documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions, including interactions with offshore team members.
