Automation Product Architect

Job Description

Our client is looking for candidates for Automation Product Architect role .

Desired candidate should have;

-Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-8 to 10 years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
-Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and low code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix).
-Good understanding of MS Azure Cloud
-Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
-Proven track record of developing and deploying RPA solutions in a production environment.
-Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.
-Ability to design and implement applications using these platforms.
-Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
-Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes.
-Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
-Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
-Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Experience deploying automation solutions in cloud environments.
-Experience managing end-to-end automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
-Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
-Strong background in analyzing and mapping business processes.
-Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.
-Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
-Experience with low code/no code platforms, with at least 3+ years in a related role.
-Experience leading a team of developers or automation specialists.
-Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
-Understanding of industry-specific challenges and how automation can address them.
-Experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
-Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer).
-Certifications in low code/no code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer).
-Proven experience in project management, including Agile methodologies.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application in automation projects.
-Experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement.
-Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing systems and applications.
-Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, etc.
-Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying low code solutions to meet business needs.
-Hands-on experience in the entire RPA lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
-Experience in assessing business processes to identify automation opportunities and designing efficient RPA solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
