Technology Strategy/Digital Strategy Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Strategy Manager or Digital Strategy Manager to join our team. This role combines deep business acumen with technological expertise to develop and execute strategic plans that drive value for our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative thinking, analytical rigor, and executive presence to become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and lead high-impact initiatives across various industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps and plans to harness technology or digital solutions to create business value for clients.
• Employ first principles thinking to design frameworks and methodologies for solving complex business challenges.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with senior audiences, delivering complex messages persuasively and with sensitivity.
• Create business cases, including financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses, to support initiatives such as process improvements, IT transformations, or digital innovation.
• Build and analyze financial models, budgets, and ROI assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage teams through the successful delivery of client engagements.
• Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth and engagement excellence.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with c-suite executives, demonstrating executive presence and strategic insight.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to client and market development initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution of service offerings, practice development, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience Areas

• Business or IT Capability Strategy.
• Enterprise or IT Value Strategy.
• Operating Model Strategy for IT or general business transformation.
• IT due diligence and integration/separation strategy development.

Qualifications

• MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a similar field is preferred; a BA or BS in Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in professional consulting services or corporate strategy environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Expertise in developing financial models, business cases, and strategic plans.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence c-suite executives effectively.

Pluses:

• Previous experience in IT or Digital Strategy domains, including operating model transformation and value realization.
• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and IT integration/separation strategies.
