Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate business through retail banking products such as fixed deposits, gold loans, and current accounts.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for various bank products like Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans, Retail Banking etc.

• Handle customer queries related to account opening, maintenance, and closure.

• Manage branch operations, including cash handling, teller activities, and customer service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in branch banking or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, branch banking operations, CASA sales, retail liabilities management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

#Candidates should be Graduate is must with relevant experience in mentioned domain and can join us at the earliest.
