Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Generate business through retail banking products such as fixed deposits, gold loans, and current accounts.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee retail branch banking activities, including retail liabilities management.
  
• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling and retail liability management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Strong knowledge of Gold Loan, Gold Appraising, Sales And Marketing, Cross Selling, Casa Sales, Retail Branch Banking, Retail Liabilities.
