Role & responsibilities

As the Manager - Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lernern's growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships within the employee upskilling and vocational training sectors. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with CHROs and CXOs in the B2B enterprise sales ecosystem, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs and provide Lernerns innovative solutions

• Business Development: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the employee upskilling and vocational training sectors, focusing on B2B enterprise sales.
• Relationship Building: Build and foster strong relationships with CHROs, CXOs, and key decision-makers, positioning Lernern as a trusted partner for employee development.
• Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth by offering tailored solutions to their evolving needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to provide insights that shape Lernerns sales and product strategies.
