1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential students and institutions interested in skill development programs.
Generate leads through online campaigns, networking, referrals, and partnerships with organizations.
2. Program Promotion:
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the institutes training programs to prospective students
Explain course details, such as curriculum, schedule, fees, and certifications.
3. Meeting Enrollment Targets:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly or quarterly enrollment targets.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into enrollments.
Act as the primary point of contact for potential and current students, addressing their questions and concerns.
4. Event Participation:
Represent the institute at education fairs, career expos, and corporate events to promote courses and network with potential clients.
Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and open house sessions for prospective students or companies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, student inquiries, and enrollments in CRM tools.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management team.
6. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Recommend additional or advanced training programs to existing clients based on their needs.
Encourage corporate clients to sign up for group training sessions or long-term partnerships.
7. Quality Assurance and Feedback:
Gather feedback from enrolled students and clients to assess satisfaction and improve the programs.
Act as a bridge between the students/clients and the institute’s academic or administrative team
