Analytical and Problem-Solving: 1)Ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Technology Skills: 1)Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and virtual training platforms.
