Senior Executive - Banking Relations

Role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Executive to join our banking team, focusing on banking products and maintain regular interactions with the lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Communications:
• Tracking queries of lenders and responding to the same by coordinating with internal relevant teams
• Prepare and send timely updates to banks on the company's financial status and any relevant changes or developments.
• Regular verbal and written interactions with lenders to get security perfection like sharing of Pari passu letters
• Submit monthly/quarterly stock statements, debtors ageing reports, and other required statutory documents in a timely manner to lenders.
• Obtaining monthly statements from the lenders/ bankers
• Provide data to rating agencies to get the facilities rated
• Covenants and Monitoring:
• Maintain summary of all sanction letters and keep the same updated.
• Track and monitor covenants agreed with banks to ensure compliance, and prepare explanatory notes or reports as required by lending institutions.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping:
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for bank communications, sanctions, respective trackers etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Commerce or a relevant professional course in Finance or Banking

Minimum Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a banking team
• Strong understanding of financial ratios
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
