Deliverables
• Control and maintain learning ambience within the training session.
• Providing Coaching and Training for Operators and Seeding Executive.

Functionality
• Enrolment and update Operator/ Supervisor
• Quality Check/ Quality Audit (QA/QC) Operator /Supervisor
• Grievance Redressal Operator (GRO)
• MTOs handling grievances in process
• Authentication Operator

Training, experience, skills required for the position:
Experience:
Trainer 5 to 7 years relevant experience
Candidates with Instructional design background would be an added advantage.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream with additional qualification

Skills:
• Should be fluent in English & Hindi or regional language.
• Should have adequate knowledge about government technical platform.
• Excellent platform, participant orientation, group facilitation and presentation skills.
• Should have Coaching, mentoring & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a very dynamic changing and diversified environments.
• Openness to travel frequently within India.
• Technology friendly

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Provide training Sessions for Government tech portal Enrolment & Update Process Operators.
• Coordination with central & Regional team office staff while conducting the trainings.
• Provide complete knowledge of the process ecosystem to the operators/ executives. This will ensure
reduction of errors and improvisation of the operator/executive performance in the field.
• Operators/ Executives who are actively working in the ecosystem as on date of publishing of this policy must
take the on-boarding training.
• The modules/topics for each operator/executive are assigned based on their roles and responsibilities in the
ecosystem.
• Learning Management System/ Classroom/ Workshop/ Hybrid Mode based on the following parameters
• Generate required reports and upload as and when request in the system.
