Senior Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, purchases, capital expenditure and other transactions.
• Review & timely completion of Books of Accounts and preparation of various monthly reports.
• Processing of banking transactions as and when required.
• Reconciliation of Debtors with the receipts with Cash, bank and the software in place and accordingly preparation of reports.
• Reconciliation of Creditors with the purchase software and prepare reports accordingly.
• Preparation of excel based MIS reporting on sales/purchase transactions review for company directors
• All statutory compliances including TDS/TCS/GST returns
• Coordination with plant for various financial and non-financial matters
• Conduction of Banking Transactions and compliances related to bank.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have strong experience of min 5-7 years in accounting in a Dairy, FMCG, manufacturing industry
• Should have advanced knowledge & expertise of excel based reporting
• Education Qualification: B.Com, MBA/Mcom
