Roles and Responsibilities
1. Attendance, Payroll & Salary Management including ESI/EPF filing and handling employee queries related to attendance, salary, OT etc
2. Employee TA/DA checks, tracker & approvals as per policy
3. Incentive & performance tracking for field personnel
4. Recruitment process management across all functions including interview process, offer & appointment/confirmation letters as well as exit interview and F&F settlement process
5. Statutory Compliance related documentation
6 Assisting senior management on follow up & tracking with respect to compliance and reporting related follow up & documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience in above mentioned areas for min 3-5 years
2. Should have handled payroll processing, recruitment, EPF/ESI compliance related work
3. Should have good command on excel (VLOOK UP, PIVOT, SUMIF) for payroll & expense processing
4. MBA (HR) as educational qualification is preferred
