Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - HR Operations to lead and optimize our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all employee lifecycle stages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing HR systems, ensuring compliance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and streamline end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll, compliance, and offboarding.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
2. HR Systems & Technology:
- Manage and optimize HRIS for effective data management and reporting.
- Ensure HR technology aligns with organizational needs and drives efficiency.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as PF, ESI, and labor laws.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team to deliver high-quality services.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
6. Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction through operational excellence.
- Provide support in conflict resolution and address employee grievances promptly.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor HR metrics and create regular reports for leadership on operational performance.
- Leverage data to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
