Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist with experience in B2B sales and the EdTech sector. The candidate will engage with training institutes and engineering/MBA colleges, building strong client relationships and driving business growth in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new training institutes and educational institutions in Bangalore.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads, pitch GoPrac's services, and conduct presentations for decision-makers.
• Visit client locations across the city to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech sector. Freshers are also welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of the education and training industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Fixed Pay: INR 20,000 per month
• Sales Commission: 30% of sales
• Monthly Variable Pay: Up to INR 40,000
