We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base. The candidate should be confident in establishing new client relationships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the target markets, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest for our IT services and solutions.
- Communication: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our services as effective solutions to their business challenges.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, providing additional information and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly. A good understanding of requirements gathering, meeting scheduling, email drafting is required.
- Communication: The candidate must possess strong English communication skills for interacting with international clients regularly. The candidate should have the ability to take international client calls over Skype or other available mediums like google meet, MS team, Zoom etc.
- Data Management: Proficiency in CRM systems and data management, with a keen eye for detail and regular follow ups.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a goal-oriented mindset. The candidate should have a basic understanding of technologies such as Blockchain, Node, React, Angular, PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Magento, Android, iOS, Flutter, Unity, etc.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in full sales cycle including lead generation and demonstrated sales success
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
