Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Specialist at GOOPIT Software Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to generate unique and high-quality leads to drive new business. You will use various online and offline methods to identify and target potential customers for our services, including web and mobile development, digital marketing, and IT solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using various platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, industry events, and databases.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality and unique leads that align with GOOPITs services.
• Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers.
• Continuously optimize lead generation processes to improve results and meet company growth targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
