B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Position: B2B Lead Generation Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Type-Contractual (Initially for 6 months, can be extended for 1 year), looking for Immediate Joiners only

About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets and we are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Manager to help us achieve these targets.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and driving comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns, aligned with the global strategy, to drive high-quality leads
• Work with the sales team to set goals and define the metrics for the campaigns
• Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments
• Partner with sales on lead nurturing
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly / annual basis and report to senior managers.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5 years of experience working on B2B lead generation campaigns
• Experience within the IT sector is a plus
• Global exposure having experience working in different geographies
• Experience running campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including SEM, display, email, and social
• Proven experience working with various CRM and CMS systems and marketing tools
• Intermediate to Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Great organization and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
