JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Manager (HR) Night Shift(6:00 PM-3:00 AM)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a night shift. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
• Salary Processing and Payroll management
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new hires, including providing orientation, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Process employee enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
