Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary

HR operations manages the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, and ensures that HR processes are compliant with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations-Manages workplace disputes, benefits administration, compensation, and discipline
• Training and development-Designs training programs, assesses employee performance, and identifies areas for improvement
• Compensation design-Structures salary components, bonuses, and benefits to attract and retain talent
• Recruitment-Posts job ads, manages applicant tracking systems, and coordinates interviews
• Compliance-Ensures that HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Data management-Maintains records and data accuracy, and protects sensitive information
• Health and safety-Establishes safety policies and reporting processes, and conducts training
• HR tech management-Implements and oversees software tools such as human resource information systems (HRIS)
• Workforce planning-Assists with an organization's overall HR strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and recruitment

Role- Head of Human Resources (HR) Operations leads and coordinates the entire Human Resources division.
