Quality Control Manager || Supply Chain || Dharuhera Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the quality control process for all aftermarket car accessories including Android systems, speakers, LED lights, and bass tubes.

- Develop and implement QC protocols and inspection procedures to ensure product compliance with quality standards.

- Manage the return process and evaluate returned products, identifying defects, and determining whether warranty conditions apply.

- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality concerns and work towards continuous improvement.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, defects, and customer feedback to reduce future product issues.

- Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring timely inspection, testing, and reporting on product quality.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QC tests, warranty claims, and returns.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or electronics industry.

- Strong knowledge of automotive accessories, electronics, and related QC processes.

- Experience managing warranty claims and return procedures.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automotive electronics.

- Proficiency in QC tools and software.
