Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to customers on car maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  
• Assist in body shop estimations and ensure accurate quotes for customers.
  
• Coordinate with technicians and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the service center.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in automobile sales, service sales, or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of automobiles, automobile service, technical aspects, and advisory services.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse customer queries effectively.
