Job Description for Service Engineer

• Co-ordinating with parts supplier for parts procurement.
• Daily have to take the follow-up and roundup with the workshop engineer and look at the all activities of workshop at Morning / Afternoon and Evening time on daily basis and status of all the cars.
• Preparing estimations as per the work order from technicians.
• Customer handling.
• Co-ordinating with technician for work to be done and inspection of the cars.
• Collecting payments from customers.
• Explaining and discussing estimations with customers for taking approval.
• Preparing invoices in autorox.
• Co ordinating with superiors & other team staff for smooth work flow.
• Taking trials with technician before and after work.

Communication: - Should be able to talk in English.
