Job Description
- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping re-invent how wealth management services are distributed and consumed
- You will join a team of creative and driven product managers to help build digital solutions to empower the client and advisor relationship
- You will be responsible for writing specifications, managing project execution, performing user testing, and being laser focused on metrics for the features you bring to market
- You will be able to collaborate across a broad cross-section of business partners to deliver a cohesive experience for our advisors and clients
- We are aiming to deliver a product that is best-in-class
- Join the team if you are passionate about intuitive and user centric designed product experiences and enhancing the client and advisor experience
- Develop products by analyzing market research and client or advisor insights, aligning on the vision, and executing.
- Collaborate with the Investment Management team, Technology teams, Design, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and others.
- Manage a team to translate business needs into product strategy and technology requirements in and agile framework.
- Actively manage the product backlog and continuously account for emerging priorities.
- Ensure high-quality user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop and communicate product roadmaps.
- Represent Product Team in client engagements.
- Drive and prepare ROI driven business cases.
- Define and develop customer journeys.
- Stay close to industry trends and apply innovative concepts to the product as appropriate.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience in product management or business technology.
- Strong understanding of financial services and investment management.
- Ability to extrapolate business needs given a problem statement and a base understanding of the capabilities of available technologies.
- Top notch analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a focus on execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience with launching major new products, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Basic knowledge of product marketing concepts.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about solving customer problems.
