• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus placements.
  
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to establish partnerships for bulk hiring.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
