Role & responsibilities

• Interact with and convert active business leads.
• Nurturing calls with customers and facilitating their investment journey.
• Create customized debt portfolios based on customers' specific investment goals and needs.
• Conduct research and provide data-driven insights to help customers make informed decisions.
• Address and resolve customers' technical queries with detailed, fact-based explanations.
• Execute deals,ensuring smooth transactions and clearing customer queries via call,email ,chats.
