Export Assistant

The main responsibilities and duties within the role will be the following:

Responsibility:

• Preparing Pre Shipment Documents Quotation/ Proforma invoice/Sales order/ Tax & Custom invoice/ Packing list/ Inspection documents & make Scrap SO
• Preparing Post Shipment Documents Customer invoice/ Packing list/ IMC/ BL Draft
• Coordination with Export Customers
• Finding New Export Customers
• Prepare and Co-ordinate with Bankers for Export Documentation
• Maintaining customer data in SAP
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documentation

Should have Knowledge:

• SAP S4 HANA Implementation experience in Finance, PP, QM & MM.
• Proven experience in export operations, logistics, or a relevant role.
• Fluency in English, especially if working with international suppliers or customers.
• Knowledge of customs regulations export laws, and international shipping procedures.
• Advanced Excel Skills

Education: Any Graduate / SAP CERTIFICATION
