Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Stationery Store Incharge to manage sales, billing, inventory accounting, and barcode handling for purchases. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting software and barcode management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth sales and billing processes.
• Manage inventory accounting and maintain stock records using Busy/Tally software.
• Handle barcode generation and scanning for efficient inventory tracking.
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Supervise and support store staff to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain financial records and generate reports as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Busy/Tally accounting software, barcode generation, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations and billing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation & Location:

• Salary: ₹18,000 ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Job Location: Sector 56, Gurugram.
• Preferred Candidates: Nearby residents for easy commuting.
