Gokaldas Exports - Assistant General Manager - Compensation & Benefits - XIMB/XLRI (3-5 yrs)

1. Understand industry Compensation & Benefit practice, bring more structure to salary review process

2. Frame C&B related policies

3. Design Employee Benefit programs

4. Manage Performance Management process

5. Design incentives and reward program

6. Lead Compensation related surveys

7. Track internal and external parity regularly

8. Present regular inputs and analytics to Management team

Pre-requisites in Candidate: -

1. Must be B School graduated (XIMB, XLRI, Symbiosis, TAPMI, etc)

2. Commerce or Engineering background

3. Experience in handling C&B.

4. Exposure to international C&B practices will be added advantage

5. Should have exposure in working with Management team

6. Experience in handling Employee Benefits program

7. Expert in Excel, MIS, HR Analytics, must have worked on HR Data

8. Experience in handling Pay revisions, Performance Management activities end to end
