Key responsibilities
- Maintain report on asset usage including reconciliation of Alu form and accessories purchased across all projects of GPL.
- Chase shop drawing and modulation drawing approvals and follow up on timely materials delivery
- Prepare Asset report and dashboard reports for management review
- Coordinate with zonal formwork managers for sharing the Alu form reports and compile them for review.
- Review shell plan and modulation drawings as per design guidelines rolled out by HO formwork.
- Prepare monthly report for Spot audits and slab checkings done by Zonal formwork managers.
Who are we looking for
Education :
- B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Skills
- Should possess 5 - 6 years of experience in large construction projects (preferably residential multistoried apartment complex / townships).
- Experience in Aluform work is added advantage.
- Should have hand on experience in maintaining MIS, Reconciliation reports.
