About the role
As a Post Possession Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional post-possession experience for customers. From overseeing handovers and organising grand events to managing project exits, this role is all about delivering excellence. You ll lead planning, coordination and execution efforts to uphold quality and consistency across the zone, leaving a lasting impression on our customers.
Key responsibilities
Handover Management
Manage the handover of 1,000+ units quarterly, ensuring all units are inspected and meet quality standards
Collaborate with Customer Centricity (CC) leads and specialists to address and resolve issues promptly
Event planning and execution
Conceptualise and execute grand handover events, from theme selection and d cor to gift distribution and mock sessions
Ensure every event reflects a premium customer experience and strengthens satisfaction
Project exits
Lead the seamless completion of project exits, including society formation, financial audits and the transfer of legal and physical assets
Address and resolve delays in project exits caused by resource constraints
Stakeholder coordination
Partner with legal, liaison, quality and business teams to meet customer commitments efficiently
Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure timely and quality-ready handovers
Process improvement
Implement best practices to standardise the post-possession experience across the zone
Enhance performance metrics such as NPS scores, EESM compliance and GPL exit percentages
Timelines and quality assurance
Ensure adherence to strict timelines, from obtaining OC to handing over projects to associations
Maintain the highest quality standards to meet and exceed customer expectations
Who are we looking for
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience:
10+ years in customer-centric roles, with expertise in handovers or project management
Proven success in managing large-scale events or customer handovers
Skills:
Exceptional project management and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in event planning and customer-facing roles
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
Solid knowledge of legal, financial and operational aspects of project exits
Analytical mindset to track, evaluate and improve performance metrics
