Key responsibilities:


The incumbent will be responsible for Post Possession experience management for the zone of Projects assigned.

This role will be responsible for -

1. Guide the Head Community Developments to customize our SOPs to meet society expectations and taking their concurrence for SOPs as per our guidelines and work instructions for handling day to day site operations.

2. Governance mechanism for site level, P & L including CAM recovery and expenses.

3. Monitoring SOP & guidelines adherence by site teams

4. Training and competency building for site based FM resources

5. Responsible for living experience measured through NPS


Culture building

Training and capability building for onsite based FM resources across the zone.

Contribute to Finalize R & R and Employee engagement activities for FM team.

Ensure to inculcate the Godrej culture in site teams


Critical Process owner

Customization of SOP & guidelines in coordination with societies

Monitoring adherence to SOP, guidelines and work instructions for handling daily site operations & accurate service delivery

Train Property managers to plan, assign, supervise review the achievement and to take corrective actions in both hard and soft service areas

Bring in discipline in adhering to periodic reviews like DMR, MMR, QBR, HBR


Expert support

Ensure Timely Incident reporting & RCA to concern stakeholders

Ensure invoicing & payment collection is done in timely manner

Ensure accurate service delivery which will lead to Organic growth with existing client

Facilitate support from GPL stake holders as and when team needs intervention


Post Possession Customer experience

Delivery of effective Contract governance at assigned Sites

Ensure timely Submission of MMR / QBR followed by review with GPL leadership team / Societies

Renewal/formation of society agreements to be processed

Client Retention plan to be made available for all sites.

Managing Client escalations related to any aspect of FM service delivery.

Operational Governance and Review - Monthly business review, weekly catch-up with peers and DRs, Periodic strategic accounts review - Minute & action plans recorded


Transitioning FM operations into a “ Profit Centre

Governance mechanism for respective Zone, site level, P & L including CAM billing, collection and expenses.

Managing site P&L and ensure profitability of sites under purview.


Who are we looking for?


Education:

Preference will be for Engineering graduates/ IHM / with MBA (optional)


Experience:

Overall experience of 10–12 years out of which 5-6 years of relevant experience from leading IPC's FM Business.
