About the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the network planning aspects of key supply chain projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Projects may include new product development, product changes, packaging updates, manufacturing adjustments, and more.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and Packaging Development, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish and conduct regular reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively escalate potential risks or delays to leadership.
• Ensure timely organization of steering committee meetings for project reviews, and regularly update the leadership team on project status and potential risks.
• Follow up on actionable items across stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities on the critical path and the successful delivery of projects.
• Drive the implementation and stabilization of a Network Management Framework for the organization.
• Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure effective resource allocation for multiple large-scale projects.
• Serve as the central point of communication for network-related queries and updates across departments.
• Utilize company-provided IT tools (e.g., project management software, workflows) to navigate projects from start to finish.
• At the conclusion of each project, report key learnings to all stakeholders from a project management perspective and recommend process improvements where applicable.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

• Graduate degree in Science (Engineering/B.Sc.).
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred, with a specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, or Program Management being advantageous.

Experience:

• 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, or Program Management; FMCG experience is a definite plus.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong project management experience (minimum 2 years) (Must-have).
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously (Must-have).
• Familiarity with Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes (Preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. (Must-have).
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar software (Preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong bias for action, attention to detail, and effective time management.
