Job Description
Role Summary (MIS-Freezer Operation)
- Asset Complaint Launching, Data Updating in Sales Force Software as per costumer conversation.
- Complaint assigning to respective area tech or Service franchises.
- Customer feedback about quality service
- Coordination with the Customers, Service Engineers and Service franchises
- Making MIS Report (Daily Service Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report Etc) Of Breakdown Call.
- Analyzing of escalation Calls.
- Daily call monitoring
- Follow up with OEM for the Warranty Complaints
Required Skills
- Microsoft Excel / Sales Force
- Verbal & Mail Communication with costumers
- Data Handling & Analysis
Qualification
- Graduation in Any Field
- 1-2 years of experience in costumer and data handling.
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
