Role & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Handle recruitment for L1 & below team, ensuring smooth hiring onboarding and retention strategies.
Performance Management: Implement performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and labor laws across all locations by maintaining a comprehensive compliance calendar for timely tracking and proactive updates.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement learning programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Industrial Relations (IR) & Statutory Compliance: Manage IR issues, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Insurance etc.), and legal audits.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve grievances, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3-6 years in HR, with expertise in HR, IR, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance handling, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or related field.
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture or Pharma
