Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements
Interfaces with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants
Recommends design options for specific green field projects.
Coordinate complete landscape output of Marketing collaterals renders, AV, Model etc
Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show apartment as per product positioning.
2.Coordination for approvals
Provides design brief and detailed requirements on the project to consultants
Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions
Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule
Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications.
3.Coordination during project execution
Coordinates with projects team during execution of the landscape design.
Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms
Conduct site visit as and when required.
4. Standardization of Design Process
Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list, design standards, details etc.
Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified.

Who are we looking for?
Education:
B.Arch/M.Arch
Experience:
More than 10 years of experience in Landscape architecture . Experience in real estate will be preferred.
Team Management experience mandatory.
