As the Manager - Employer Branding , you will lead the effort to position GPL as an employer of choice by crafting and executing innovative strategies that communicate our EVP to both internal and external audiences. You will work closely with HR, Marketing, and other teams to design campaigns, create content, and build a strong employer brand that reflects GPL s purpose, values, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Employer Branding
Conduct market research and benchmarking to position GPL competitively in the talent marketplace.
Develop and implement a strategic employer branding roadmap aligned with GPL s EVP, purpose, and business goals.
Position GPL as a leader in the real estate industry for its inclusive culture, innovation, and employee-centric initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and deliver branding initiatives that resonate with current employees and prospective talent.
Content and Campaign Development
Conceptualize and lead employer branding campaigns across digital and offline platforms to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Create compelling content, including employee stories, blogs, social media posts, and videos, to highlight GPL s workplace culture.
Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful branding assets.
Digital and Social Media Presence
Build and manage GPL s employer branding presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging storytelling.
Monitor digital performance metrics to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Internal Branding and Employee Engagement
Amplify internal initiatives such as OneGPL and milestones to foster a sense of pride and belonging among employees.
Support HR in promoting Learning & Development, DEI and Talent Management programs through creative communication.
Develop internal campaigns that align employees with GPL s purpose and culture.
Metrics and Reporting
Track, measure, and report on the impact of employer branding initiatives using data-driven insights.
Continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI and achieve employer branding objectives.
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Postgraduate degree/diploma from MICA or equivalent premier institutions in Marketing, Communications Corporate Communications / Employer Branding or related fields.
Experience:
3-4 years in branding, corporate communications, or employer branding.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful campaigns across various platforms.
Skills:
Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva).
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
