What youll get to do...

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

As a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, our Recruiters own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle which includes building and executing recruiting strategies, working with hiring leaders to understand their talent requirements, building authentic connections internally and with potential talent, representing our brand, nurturing candidates, and creating a positive experience.You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our hiring leaders. You will provide input on facets of our TA processes, including marketplace knowledge, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.Success in this role requires pro-activeness, resilience, effective communication, problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
