As an HR Associate/Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence to support a positive work environment and organizational effectiveness. You will lead our recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our organizational goals and culture. You will implement the end-to-end recruitment process, implement strategic initiatives to enhance our employer brand, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently. You will also lead efforts in observing, analyzing challenges, developing action plans, and implementing initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Implement workforce planning strategies to anticipate future staffing needs and organizational changes.
Drive initiatives for talent acquisition and succession planning.
Recruitment:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support current and future staffing needs.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding process, addressing questions and providing support to facilitate a smooth transition.
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and employee information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution for complex HR matters.
Implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions as necessary, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues and professional growth opportunities.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Implement and monitor HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage employee documentation, records maintenance, and confidentiality protocols.
Change Management and Organizational Development:
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, or process improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through effective organizational development strategies.
Implement communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement during organizational changes.
Culture Transformation:
Lead efforts to change and strengthen organizational culture to promote inclusivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Develop and implement culture change initiatives and communication strategies to align employees with company values and goals.
Foster a positive workplace culture through recognition programs, employee events, and initiatives that celebrate diversity and teamwork.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR analytics and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing an overview of company policies, benefits, and organizational culture.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline recruitment operations and enhance efficiency.
