Engineering Manager

Shift position: General.
Qualifications/experience: Engineering Graduate with min 12-15 Years of experience in Auto parts manufacturing engineering companies.

- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with modern project management tools and software.
- Customer interface as project manager.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with the alignment of the entire engineering team members.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration, and start-up of the production parts with respect to the timeline, target and cost.

Lead and coordinate customer meetings and reviews with high professionalism.

Lead periodical review with team members and stake holders to ensure the projects are in line with the timeline.

Hands on experience in project developments, procedures like APQP and sync with customer specific requirements.

Coordinate with team for new product developments and newer modifications of the existing products to optimize cost and to improve quality.

Capturing and establishing and monitoring project deliverables (KPI) periodically.

Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by setting clear performance expectations (KPI&KRA) by providing regular feedback.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and practices in all engineering aspects that meet or exceed industry standards.

Plan and execute regular reviews and audits of engineering works and send reports to management.

Contribute to the development and execution of the companys strategic plan.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Develop and implement engineering department goals and objectives.

Software knowledge: MS project, Auto CAD, SolidWorks, Excel, MS Office.
