ABOUT THE JOB

COREiNSPIREs manufacturing activities are all delegated to associated vendors spread across Pan-India that are diverse in size and knowhow ranging from Large to Small scale manufacturing units.

Thus, Head of Engineering has a pivotal roleplay in COREiNSPIREs multi sectorial domain.

In concurrence, COREiNSPIRE invites a seasoned candidate eager to align with top management for a long-term association.

Being a Managerial post, the candidate should be competent with Skill sets (A+B) as described below

(A) ENGINEERING SKILL SETS :

1. Openness and flair to work and acquire in-depth knowledge on various common engineering practices and international standards to apply in Development & Manufacturing of Products & Components.
2. Street smart on Trouble-shooting during NPD and Online Production to get the desired quality output ,may it be Tool correction, Process modification/alteration ,defining-validating output parameters or designing gauging/acceptance devices etc.
3. Basic design R & D and ability to do Reverse Engineering
4. In-Depth Ability to use 2D & 3D Software (such as AutoCAD, FreeCAD or equivalents)
5. Knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel to calculate Engineering Formulas.
6. Knowledge & Implementation of Standards on various Allowances and Tolerances for the above processes.
7. Knowledge of ISO 9000 System
8. Awareness and Use of International Standards regarding.

• Raw Material Characteristics
• Process Identification & Selection inclusive of …

i. Precision Machining,

ii. Sheet Metal working

iii. Cold and Hot Forging (Basic Knowledge required)

iv. Castings etc. (Basic Knowledge required)

v. Fabricated & Welded Components

vi. Other Product Lines as described in our website (Basic Knowledge required

9. In Depth Expression abilities & command on Written & Spoken English Language to….

a. Describe & communicate the techno-commercial matters with overseas clients.

b. Describe our various Engineering phenomena on Product & Component Development , upgradations of processes etc. for marketing write-ups like blogs & others.

(B) MANAGERIAL SKILL SETS :

1. Planning , Coordinating and Reporting (on daily basis) to the MD on the Production, Engineering , Design,Development and other such business activities.
2. Lead & direct a team of subordinate engineers, vendors and supply chain executives on day-to-day Production routines and ongoing NPD activities
3. Source and recruit subordinate engineers as directed by the management
4. Representation & Documentation as required for the Productions and New Product Developments (Generate / Upgrade documents such as SOP, Flow Charts, Control Plans , Troubleshooting reports, CAPA, PPAP ,FMEA,RCA, NCR etc.)
5. Synchronizing with the Management for Techno-Commercial Meetings & formulation of documents such asBusiness Contracts , NDAs, with Vendors, Clients and Service providers etc.
6. Teaming up the Management and Marketing for various promotional activities like Trade shows , Internet/DigitalPromotions etc. as called for.

ANNUAL C.T.C

This being a Managerial position, the Annual CTC will be decided upon our MDs assessment & evaluation ofskill sets post the candidate’s interview.

• Min Experience Required : 18 years
• CTC Range : 18 Lakhs to 22.5 Lakhs P.A
