Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Software Specialist to manage and enhance our financial reporting and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills to ensure the seamless integration, maintenance, and optimization of financial software systems, enabling accurate and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

1. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Develop automated financial reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

3. Collaborate with finance teams to identify reporting needs and implement customized solutions.

ERP Systems Management:

1. Manage and maintain ERP systems used for financial and accounting operations.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data accuracy.

3. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.

4. Monitor and upgrade ERP systems to keep them up-to-date with business requirements and technology advancements.

Accounting Software Management:

1. Administer and support accounting software used across the organization.

2. Train staff on software usage and ensure adherence to best practices.

3. Evaluate and recommend accounting software solutions to meet evolving business needs.

4. Ensure data integrity and security within accounting systems.

Process Improvement:

1. Identify and implement improvements in financial and accounting workflows to enhance efficiency.

2. Automate repetitive processes using accounting and finance software tools.

3. Conduct regular audits of financial systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Compliance and Documentation:

1. Ensure that financial systems comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

2. Document processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines for future reference.

3. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and software trends to maintain compliance.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for financial systems.
