Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with over 8 years of experience in general finance, specializing in financial reporting, risk analysis, and capital management. This role will involve working closely with internal teams to manage financial data, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide insightful reports to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with accounting principles and regulations.
• Risk Analysis: Evaluate and mitigate financial risks by identifying potential areas of concern, forecasting impacts, and providing solutions to reduce exposure.
• Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation strategies, analyze returns on investments, manage liquidity, and ensure the business has the right capital to meet its financial goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, track actual performance against forecasts, and advise management on corrective actions as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Provide specialized financial analysis as required by senior management, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in finance, with a focus on financial reporting, risk analysis, and capital management.
• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Expertise in financial modeling, risk management techniques, and capital budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
