Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Trading Specialist with 7+ years of experience in stocks, bonds, algorithmic trading, and financial analysis to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and the ability to analyze and leverage data to optimize trading performance. You will be responsible for executing trades, developing and implementing algorithmic trading strategies, and conducting comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Algorithmic Trading: Develop, test, and implement algorithmic trading strategies to optimize trading performance in various asset classes, including stocks and bonds.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of market trends, stocks, and bonds to provide actionable insights and trading recommendations.
• Trade Execution: Execute trades across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal risk management protocols.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks associated with trading positions, ensuring strategies adhere to risk parameters.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize returns and minimize risks.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trading data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trading teams, analysts, and IT to ensure the smooth execution of trades and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in financial trading, with a strong focus on stocks, bonds, and algorithmic trading.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial instruments, and financial markets.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trading algorithms.
• Experience with risk management and performance tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:
