Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality and client expectations. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and align project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project delivery within agreed-upon parameters.
• Lead the execution of projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices.
2. Resource Allocation and Management:
• Identify and allocate appropriate resources, balancing project requirements with team capacity and skill sets.
• Manage resource dependencies and resolve conflicts to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
• Facilitate resource training and skill development to meet current and future project demands.
3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project continuity.
• Monitor and adjust risk management plans throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, resolving issues and aligning priorities.
5. Project Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement corrective actions when project performance deviates from the plan.
6. Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed defined quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular reviews, testing, and validation of project outputs.
• Gather client feedback and incorporate insights to improve project outcomes and processes.

• Proficiency in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Expertise in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, along with traditional project management practices.
• Strong technical acumen to manage IT or engineering projects (if applicable).
